Fir Cone Dress

After a pattern by wovenflame. Fir Cone pattern:

Works on multiples of 10.

Row 1 and all uneven rows: Knit.
Rows 2, 4, 6 and 8: *yarn over, knit 3, slip 1, knit 2 together, pass slipped stitch over, knit 3, yarn over, knit 1. Repeat from * to end.
Rows 10, 12, 14 and 16: *knit 3, yarn over, knit 1, yarn over, knit 3, slip 1, knit 2 together, pass slipped stitch over. *
Repeat these rows for pattern.
